Reporting a question error
Include the page URL, the question number or its first few words, the answer marked correct, the answer you believe is correct, and your reasoning. Error reports are read first, because a wrong answer key affects everyone using that quiz.

We cannot check your application status, confirm eligibility, or look up a score.
Response times
We reply within two to three business days. Do not email us with an exam-day emergency; only Pearson VUE staff at the test centre can help with that.
Privacy
We use what you send us to answer you and nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact details.
Common questions
Do I need an account to use the practice tests? No. Every exam, quiz, flashcard set, and study guide is open without a login, an email address, or a payment method.
Can you tell me if I passed? No. Score reports come from the BACB after your Pearson VUE appointment. We have no access to candidate records.
Can I use your questions with my students or team? Link to the pages freely. To copy content into your own materials, email us first for permission.
I failed the exam. Can you help me plan a retake? Send us the domain breakdown from your score report and we will point you at the right quizzes. The BACB allows up to eight attempts in a 12-month window, with a seven-day minimum wait between them.
